FRIT Pike & Rose Spring 2023

We are excited to welcome the sixth growing season on the farm! March saw the garden come back to life, with the perennial herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, lavender) starting to send out new growth. During the month of April, we planted out all of our colder weather crops: kale, swiss chard, collard greens, scallions, and parsley. May will bring the planting of the warmer season crops (tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, eggplant).
