Victor Garden Summer ‘24 Update

The Garden at The Victor has once again taken the record for the largest collard greens amongst all UTA farms and gardens this season- so much so that we had to add a second table for our Harvest Tables to have enough room for all of them! 145 bunches of collard greens have been harvested so far this season, with more months of growing to go. Also joining the greens at the tables in the last few weeks have been warm-weather crops such as cucumbers, eggplant, and zucchini. Pollinators are buzzing around the garden (as usual) especially enjoying lavender and bee balm. We are looking forward to harvesting some peppers and summer squash in the coming months to bring even more color to the Harvest Tables!
