The Garden at Columbia Square

Installed in March of 2024 in partnership with Hines, the garden at Columbia Square is a raised bed garden that was built on top of previously unused ballasted rooftop space. This garden stunned in its first season growing over 1,300 pounds of greens, fruiting veggies, and herbs to the tenants of Columbia Square at their weekly Harvest Tables!

2024 Recap

This season the garden-to-table produce for building tenants included:

  • 425 bunches of kale

  • 342 bunches of chard

  • 380 bunches of collards

  • 19 pounds of basil

  • 257 pounds of cucumbers

  • 275 pounds of zucchini

  • 142 pounds of peppers

  • 185 pounds of eggplant

  • 108 bunches of thyme

  • 96 bunches of rosemary

  • 112 bunches of sage

  • 32 bunches of oregano

  • 90 bunches of mint
