The 1440 New York Garden

Installed in March of 2025, the rooftop garden at 1440 New York is comprised of over 300 feet of raised planter beds on three separate areas of the rooftop. Integrated within the tenant patio space on the north and south sides of the building and two other beds on the previously unused ballasted rooftop space- this garden will transform the rooftop into a green oasis during the growing season! The beds will soon be filled with greens like kale and collards, culinary herbs, and veggies such as peppers and cucumbers.
