The Garden at The Gravitas Conservatory
The Conservatory at Gravitas is a rooftop patio dining space where you can eat amongst the crops used in your meal - or drink, as it happens, as one of the crops grown are edible flowers for hand-made cocktails! This garden also features a sprawling grape vine, towering sunflowers, culinary herbs, and many types of edible and inedible flowers, providing an incredible backdrop to enjoy the award-winning food and drink.
Spring 2023 Update
We are excited to welcome another season of gardening on the roof of the Conservatory. Our team has been busy working with the chefs to plant out a huge variety of plants that will be incorporated into the menu throughout the year. We’ve been planting: kale, swiss chard, edible flowers, radishes, turnips, various herbs, and sunflowers.
