LARGE SCALE GREEN ROOF

The Garden at 55 M Street

Opened in 2016, 55M was the first large-scale green roof conversion project for Up Top Acres. The garden at 55M now boasts multiple distinct areas - the annual veggie garden on the north side, the flower garden in the northwest corner, and the native and perennials lining the east side of the patio. The numerous gardens combine to create an incredible experience for tenants and visitors to the patio space to be in the city and in the garden at the same time.
