55 M Farm Summer Update ‘24
As the summer marches forward, so too does the growth of the plants at the Farm at 55 M Street. We are very excited this year to have introduced the thistle-like artichoke at the southwest corner of the building, and we watch with bated breath for the iridescent purple flowers the mature globes produce. The annual vegetable section of the farm is coming to maturity, with colorful bell, shishito, serrano, and lunchbox peppers joining the harvest logs with the fecund collard greens and kale.
