The Garden at 700 Thirteenth

Opened in 2023 in partnership with Hines, the Garden at 700 Thirteenth utilizes a previously unused ballasted rooftop space to grow veggies, herbs, and greens for building tenants to enjoy during the growing season!

2024 Recap

This season the garden-to-table produce for building tenants included:

  • 128 bunches of kale

  • 157 bunches of chard

  • 98 bunches of collards

  • 29 pounds of basil

  • 143 pounds of cucumbers

  • 41 pounds of zucchini

  • 68 pounds of peppers

  • 110 pounds of eggplant

  • 45 bunches of thyme

  • 32 bunches of rosemary

  • 56 bunches of sage

  • 56 bunches of oregano

  • 5 bunches of scallions
